- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank has very poor management service. They gave me a counterfeit Bill before. After it was reported they were good to refund me my money. The verification machines they have will catch bad bills if the light is on. I kindly asked the manager Erik to please turn on the light so that I know for sure we have a good Bill. He insisted to be rude to be for the second time and asked me if I would like to go somewhere else. Hello I'm the customer here and we have a business account that is holding a lot of our money. He called he's boss over who said in a very nice voice sir no problem and turned the light on. See Erik that wasn't that hard now was it. I think you need to take some classes on customer service.
