- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible experience! They have you sign all the loan doc's right away and have you pay for an appraisal then they do their homework and send your file to an underwriter. Ill admit I don't have the simplest tax return, but I've got nothing to hide, just ask and I'll provide it to you. Now it's been two weeks since I sign loan doc's and I haven't heard anything. I've emailed, called and left messages to get a status, nothing. No response at all. So not only are they unprofessional, I need to pay my mortgage twice this month because I gave them the money to pay my current payment so that my loan balance wouldn't go up. At this point, to be safe, I need to pay my current loan as well so that I don't get a late charge. But again no response, just tell me yes or no, but there is no excuse for no response!By Brent Herrera, September 29, 2016
